Wild Thanksgiving Vegetarian Turkey Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 1/2 squash
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 sliced black olives
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Slice squash and zucchini thinly using a mandoline slicer or knife
- Cut the bottom of the red bell pepper. Then slice the rest of the bell pepper into slices
- Fan out squash on the pizza. These will be the back of the turkey’s feathers
- Place zucchini on top of the squash. This will be the second layer of Turkey’s feathers
- Place bottom of the bell pepper below the squash and zucchini feathers. This will be the body of the turkey
- Then place the 2 sliced black olives on the red bell pepper. This will be the turkey’s eyes
- Slice a small triangle out of your leftover squash. This will be the turkey’s beak
- Place bell pepper slices on the feathers of the turkey to form a pattern
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🦃
