Pumpkin and Gouda Pizza
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 8 oz pumpkin puree
- 4 oz gouda, sliced
- 3 slices bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Spoon pumpkin onto pizza in 2-3tbsp dollops
- Place sliced gouda on top of pumpkin and top with bacon and pine nuts
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
