Pumpkin and Gouda Pizza

Baked pizza topped with gouda, pumpkin, and more

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 8 oz pumpkin puree
  • 4 oz gouda, sliced
  • 3 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Spoon pumpkin onto pizza in 2-3tbsp dollops
  4. Place sliced gouda on top of pumpkin and top with bacon and pine nuts
  5. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
