Pizza Soup

Ingredients
- ½ lb Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ cup Onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, diced
- 16 oz Vegetable Broth
- ½ cup Mini Pepperonis
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Everything but the Pizza (seasoning blend)
- Black olives (optional)
Directions
- Place a large pot with olive oil over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent. Add pepperonis and cook for 1 more minute.
- Add the broth, marinara, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Stir until combined. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with HRI seasoning before serving
