Peach Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 6-7 slices of prosciutto, halved
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 large peach, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups arugula
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Add ricotta cheese to pizza in 2-3 tbsp spoonfuls
  4. Top with prosciutto and peach slices
  5. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  6. Remove from oven, add arugula, honey drizzle, and fresh thyme
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
