Peach Prosciutto Pizza
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 6-7 slices of prosciutto, halved
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 large peach, sliced
- 1 ½ cups arugula
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Add ricotta cheese to pizza in 2-3 tbsp spoonfuls
- Top with prosciutto and peach slices
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven, add arugula, honey drizzle, and fresh thyme
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
