Mommy & Me Pizza Lunch

Kid's lunch and mom's lunch topped with bite size pizza slices

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • Blueberries, or your little’s favorite fruit
  • Red Bell Pepper, or your little’s favorite veggies
  • Your favorite leafy greens (and any preferred salad toppings)
  • Balsamic Dressing
  • Ranch (for dipping)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  4. While the pizza is cooking, slice up your fruit and veggies and place onto kid’s plate
  5. When pizza is done baking, cut up into small slices
  6. Toss your salad ingredients together and top with small pizza slices
  7. Enjoy!
