Mexican Street Corn Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- ½ cup red onion or shallot, sliced
- ½ cup corn, canned or fresh
- ½ cup feta
- Lime, sliced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, diced
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Top pizza with onion, corn, and feta
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven and garnish with lime slices, cilantro, basil, and jalapeños before serving. Enjoy!
