Loaded Baked Potato Pizza

Baked pizza topped with potatoes and loaded with sour cream, green onions, and more

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
  • ¾ cup diced potatoes, cooked
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked, chopped
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp green onions, sliced
  • Sour cream, enough to drizzle

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Add potatoes, bacon, and cheese to pizza
  4. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  5. Remove from oven, and top with green onions and sour cream drizzle
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
