Fall Pizza

Baked Pepperoni Pizza topped with balsamic, kale, and prosciutto

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 5-6 slices prosciutto
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzle

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  • Remove pizza from all packaging
  • Top pizza with prosciutto, arugula, and pumpkin seeds
  • Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
