Chicken Sriracha Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Fish Sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Basil, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Cooked Chicken
- 3/4 cup Bean Sprouts
- 4 Basil Leaves torn
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 1/4 cup Shredded Carrot
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp Peanuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Combine all the ingredients for the dressing – mayo, sriracha, fish sauce (or soy sauce), sugar and basil
- Toss the cooked chicken in the dressing
- Spread on top of the HRI Pizza
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
- Once the pizza is done, toss the Bean Sprouts, Torn Basil Leaves, Cilantro Leaves (optional), Shredded Carrot, Lime Juice, Sugar, Toasted Sesame Oil, and a pinch of Salt together in a bowl until everything is well coated and combined
- Place on top of the cooked pizza. Sprinkle chopped Roasted peanuts on top
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
