Chicken & Balsamic Caramelized Onion Pizza
Prep Time: 20 min | Cook Time: 15-18 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cooked Chicken Breast
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Heat a medium-sized skillet to medium-high heat
- Add olive oil to the skillet
- Chop onions and add to the pan
- Sauté onions for approximately 5-6 minutes until they are translucent
- Season onions with salt and pepper. Stir and continue to sauté for about 10 more minutes
- Add balsamic vinegar to onions. Stir and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until vinegar has soaked into onions
- Dice cooked chicken breast
- Top pizza with caramelized balsamic onions and diced chicken breast
- Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
