Charcuterie Board 2.0 Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
  • 16 pieces salami
  • 4-5 pieces prosciutto
  • 4 baby pickle spears, halved longwise
  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced or halved
  • 5-6 slices gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
  • Thyme for garnish

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Using a champagne flute, fold 3-4 pieces of salami over the rim. Turn the flute over and remove the salami flower
  4. Top pizza with salami flowers, prosciutto, pickles, and black olives
  5. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  6. Remove from oven, add cheese slices and thyme garnish
  7. Cut into squares and serve with glass of red or white wine!
