Charcuterie Board 2.0 Pizza
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
- 16 pieces salami
- 4-5 pieces prosciutto
- 4 baby pickle spears, halved longwise
- ¼ cup black olives, sliced or halved
- 5-6 slices gruyere cheese, thinly sliced
- Thyme for garnish
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Using a champagne flute, fold 3-4 pieces of salami over the rim. Turn the flute over and remove the salami flower
- Top pizza with salami flowers, prosciutto, pickles, and black olives
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven, add cheese slices and thyme garnish
- Cut into squares and serve with glass of red or white wine!
