Buffalo Chickpea & Bleu Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
- 1 cup chickpeas
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- ½ red onion, sliced
- Bleu cheese dressing for drizzle
- 3 Tbsp bleu cheese crumbles
- 2 Tbsp green onions, sliced
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- In a small bowl, mix together chickpeas and hot sauce
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Top pizza with prepared chickpeas and onion
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven, drizzle with bleu cheese dressing, and garnish with bleu cheese crumbles and green onions
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
