Buffalo Chickpea & Bleu Cheese Pizza

Baked Pepperoni Pizza Topped with chickpeas, onions and more

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • Bleu cheese dressing for drizzle
  • 3 Tbsp bleu cheese crumbles
  • 2 Tbsp green onions, sliced

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. In a small bowl, mix together chickpeas and hot sauce
  3. Remove pizza from all packaging
  4. Top pizza with prepared chickpeas and onion
  5. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with bleu cheese dressing, and garnish with bleu cheese crumbles and green onions
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!
