Artichoke Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup artichokes, quartered
  • 4 slices prosciutto, halved
  • ¾ cup arugula
  • 2 Tbsp pine nuts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Spread ricotta cheese evenly on top of pizza. Top with artichokes and proscuitto.
  4. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with arugula and pine nuts
