French Onion Soup Pizza
Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 oz Gruyère cheese
- ¾ cup croutons
- Thyme for garnish
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Slice onion into ¼” slices
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and add onions. Sauté for 10 minutes, until softened and translucent
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Add onions and Gruyère cheese to pizza
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven and top with croutons and fresh thyme
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
