Sun-dried Tomato & Bacon Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ¾ cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 3 tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzle

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Top pizza with arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, and walnuts
  4. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with feta cheese, and drizzle balsamic glaze
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
