Lentil Pizza

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°

Baked pizza topped with lentils and veggies

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup lentils, cooked
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1-2 tbsp spicy parmesan

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Top pizza with peppers, mushrooms, lentils, and spinach
  4. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with spicy parmesan
  6. Cut into squares and enjoy!
