Grilled Steak & Burrata Pizza
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 15-20 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
- 3-4 oz grilled steak, sliced
- 4 oz burrata cheese
- ½ cup corn (1 corn on the cob, removed)
- 3 mini sweet peppers, sliced
- ½ cup pesto
- 1 bunch basil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill (we recommend grilling this recipe)
- Grill steak to 135°F internal temperature
- Remove from grill and slice into ¼” pieces
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Top pizza with steak, burrata, corn, sweet peppers, and pesto
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
- Garnish with Basil, then cut into squares and enjoy!
