Artichoke Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup artichokes, quartered
- 4 slices prosciutto, halved
- ¾ cup arugula
- 2 Tbsp pine nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Spread ricotta cheese evenly on top of pizza. Top with artichokes and proscuitto.
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Remove from oven and garnish with arugula and pine nuts
