Spring Pea & Lemon Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 8-10 pea pods
- ½ lemon, thinly sliced
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup pesto
- Fresh basil for garnish
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Slice pea pods open and remove peas
- Spread 2 tbsp dollops of ricotta cheese onto pizza, followed by 1 tbsp dollops of pesto
- Top pizza with peas and lemon slices
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Garnish with fresh basil, then cut into squares and enjoy!
