Spring Pea & Lemon Pizza

Pizza topped with lemon slices, ricotta and snap peas

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 8-10 pea pods
  • ½ lemon, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Slice pea pods open and remove peas
  4. Spread 2 tbsp dollops of ricotta cheese onto pizza, followed by 1 tbsp dollops of pesto
  5. Top pizza with peas and lemon slices
  6. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  7. Garnish with fresh basil, then cut into squares and enjoy!
