Mexican Street Corn Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • ½ cup red onion or shallot, sliced
  • ½ cup corn, canned or fresh
  • ½ cup feta
  • Lime, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, diced

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Top pizza with onion, corn, and feta
  4. Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with lime slices, cilantro, basil, and jalapeños before serving. Enjoy!
