Kalamata & Ricotta Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- Halved Kalamata Olives
- Ricotta Cheese
- Halved Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil
- Olive Oil
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 450˚F OR if grilling, heat up the grill (we recommend grilling this recipe)
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Place ricotta onto pizza in dollops
- Add tomatoes and olives
- Place pizza directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes OR follow the directions for gas or charcoal grilling
- Top with olive oil and fresh basil
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
