Pesto Egg Pizza

Veggie pizza topped with egg and pesto

Ingredients

  • 12” HRI Veggie Lovers Pizza
  • 2-4 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for 17-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  4. Meanwhile, preheat a skillet with pesto to medium heat. Add eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry to desired doneness
  5. Once the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven, and arrange the pesto eggs directly on the hot pizza
