Pesto Egg Pizza

Ingredients
- 12” HRI Veggie Lovers Pizza
- 2-4 large eggs
- 3 tbsp pesto
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for 17-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Meanwhile, preheat a skillet with pesto to medium heat. Add eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry to desired doneness
- Once the pizza is cooked, remove from the oven, and arrange the pesto eggs directly on the hot pizza
