Autumn Squash & Kale Pizza

Pizza topped with pomegranate, kale, and squash

Ingredients

  • 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
  • 1 ½ Cups Caramelized Butternut Squash
  • 8 oz. shredded Fontina Cheese
  • 1 leaf torn Kale
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Pomegranate
 

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450˚F
  2. Remove pizza from all packaging
  3. Place Caramelized Butternut Squash all over pizza
  4. Sprinkle with Fontina Cheese
  5. Cover with torn Kale leaf
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese
  7. Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
  8. Top baked pizza with Pomegranate
  9. Cut and enjoy 🙂
