Kelly’s Sicilian Puttanesca Pizza
Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 8-12 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Ultra Thin Four Cheese Pizza
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- Olive oil
- 4 chopped anchovies
- 1/2 can San Marzano tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped Sicilian olives
- 3 tsp capers
- Incanestrato cheese (sheep’s milk or pecorino will also work)
- Salt and pepper
- Red pepper flakes
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Sauté garlic and olive oil
- Add the anchovies to chopped olives and capers, season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes
- Strain sauce
- Add sauce to pizza and grate fresh cheese on top
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
