Rotisserie Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Cheese Pizza
- 1 cup Rotisserie Chicken breast
- 3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/2 sliced Red Onion
- 4 Tbsp Pesto
- 1 cup Arugula
- 2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Sprinkle rotisserie chicken all over the pizza
- Dollop ricotta cheese on pizza
- Slice half a red onion into strips
- Sprinkle red onion slices all over the pizza
- Dollop pesto onto pizza
- Add arugula to pizza
- Top pizza with pine nuts
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
