Grandma’s Pepperoni Pizza
Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 15-18 min | Cook Temp: 450°
Ingredients
- 12″ HRI Classic Pepperoni Pizza
- 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Garlic infused olive oil, for drizzling
- 2-3 tbsp grated Pecorino-Romano cheese, for dusting
- Fresh basil, julienned
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450˚F
- Remove pizza from all packaging
- Mix 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes with 1 clove minced garlic
- Place dollops of crushed tomato and garlic mixture onto pizza by small spoonfuls spreading out slightly
- Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
- Once cooked, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and sprinkle with cheese and basil
- Cut into squares and enjoy 🙂
